The Window Source of Memphis warrants to the original purchaser of the Model 3000, 6000 & 9000 series windows as well as to the immediate transferee (when applicable) the following:

Duration of the Warranty- This warranty shall stay in force for as long as the original purchaser owns the property that the windows are installed in or the immediate transferee (when applicable)

Commercial Use Warranty- This warranty applies in both owner occupied and non-owner occupied properties such as office buildings, rental properties, churches etc…

Material and Workmanship Warranty- Windows will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Seal Failure Warranty- The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the insulated glass unit,

Vinyl Parts Warranty- All made with non-regrind vinyl under normal use will not blister, peel or corrode.

Screens and Mechanical Parts Warranty- Moving parts such as locking mechanisms, balances and screens are warranted against defects from manufacturing or improper installation.
